The rice fruit sorting and packaging system is mainly composed of automatic feeding unit, rotary table unit, multi-level sorting unit, stacking mechanism, packaging machine and identification system. The system mainly aims at the disorderly incoming materials of piles of products, controls the relatively uniform incoming materials through the automatic feeding unit, arranges the products into a single row of products through the turntable unit to the servo material hand I ing tai lstock unit, and enters the packaging machine through multi-level material hand I ing to complete the packaging. The stacking mechanism can rea I i ze the upper and I ower packaging, such as snow rice cake and fairy shellfish.

The dual channel biscuit sorting and packaging system is mainly composed of sorting and conveying unit, receiving unit, steering unit, packaging machine and identification system. The system mainly aims at the needs of high-speed lamination of biscuits. The products are separated into rows through sorting on the turntable or conveying, and then transported by transition. Through servo material management and merging the stock unit, the products wi I I enter the packaging machine orderly,smoothly and undamaged to complete laminated packaging, so as to realize high-speed and stable production.
