Our noodle sheeter presses kneaded dough into uniform sheets.
Its structure primarily consists of a sheeting roller, a drive system, and an adjustment mechanism. Dough is fed into the inlet, and the rollers are electrically driven. By adjusting the distance between the rollers, the sheeter can produce dough sheets of varying thicknesses to meet diverse needs for making dumpling wrappers, wonton wrappers, and more.
By adding specialized cutting heads, the sheeter can be transformed into a noodle maker, precisely cutting dough into noodles of varying thicknesses, from hair-thin longxu noodles to thick, chewy flat noodles. This significantly improves the efficiency and variety of noodle making.
