3. Ensure the grounding marks are adhered to by firmly grounding the machine's lower section. This precaution is vital to prevent any electrical leakage and safeguard against potential injury.

4. Install an all-pole disconnecting device, such as a knife gate, and connect the machine's cable securely to this system for reliable operation.

5. Seal the knife gate and activate the switch handle to initiate a test run. If the machine operates smoothly without any abnormal sounds, it is ready for regular use.

 

Operating Procedures:

 

Mixing Instructions:

Commence by adding flour into the dough bucket, followed by the addition of 50% water for an even mix. Allow the mixer to operate for approximately 5 minutes to achieve the ideal dough consistency. In the event the dough begins to adhere to the stirring arm, a sprinkle of dry flour can rectify the issue. Caution: To ensure personal safety, refrain from inserting hands into the mixer while it is in operation.

 

Maintenance Protocol:

1. Regularly inspect the fasteners across all components during usage. Any loose fasteners should be tightened immediately to maintain the mixer's efficiency.

2. Avoid overloading the dough drum with excess flour to protect the motor from unnecessary strain and potential damage.

3. In the instance of oil stains appearing in the dough, address the issue without delay by servicing the machine and replacing the oil seal to prevent further contamination.

 

Cleaning Instructions:

1. Post-use, ensure the machine is cleaned promptly to avoid any impact on its next use and maintain hygiene standards.

2. When cleaning, ensure that the water level in the dough barrel does not rise above the shaft's lowest point. This precaution will prevent water from seeping through the shaft hole or entering between the side plate layers, thereby extending the machine's lifespan.
