Installation

 

1.Check whether the machine parts fasteners are loose, if loose then need to be fastened.

2.Place the machine on the horizontal ground which is not easy to be approached by others.

3. The lower part of the machine must be reliably grounded at the grounding mark to avoid leakage and injury.

4. Provide all-pole disconnecting device (e.g., knife gate), and connect the cable to the machine.

5. Close the knife gate, trigger the switch handle, so that the machine test run, the machine can be put into use without abnormal sound

 

Operating procedures:

 

Mixing:

First pour the flour into the dough bucket, add 50% water for mixing, mixing for about 5 minutes that is and good, such as dough and stirring dragon together when the turn, sprinkle some dry flour can be eliminated. Note: When the machine is running, it is forbidden to put your hand into it!

 

Maintenance protocol:

1. Check the fasteners of each part frequently in use, and tighten them in time if they are loose;

2. The amount of flour added when mixing should not exceed the capacity of the dough drum, so as not to burn the motor;

3. If the dough is found to have oil stains, it should be promptly serviced and the oil seal should be replaced.

 

Cleaning:

1. The machine should be cleaned in time after use so as not to affect the reuse;

2. The height of water added in the noodle barrel during cleaning should not exceed the lowest point of the shaft, in order to prevent water from overflowing from the shaft hole of the noodle barrel's side plate or flowing into the sandwich of the side plate to affect the service life;

3. This machine is a drip-proof appliance, and it is prohibited to clean it with a spray hose.
