LP1 Flat Dishwasher
The LP1 is a high-efficiency Flat Laying Conveyor Dishwasher designed specifically for commercial kitchens with high volume washing needs.
Unlike traditional rack-type machines, the LP1 features a flat conveyor belt system, making it the ideal solution for washing plates, flatware, bowls, and irregular tableware that cannot be easily racked.
This machine combines robust construction with advanced cleaning technology. It is widely used in central kitchens, school canteens, hotels, and large restaurants where speed and versatility are paramount.
Key Features:
Flat Laying Design: Allows for the direct placement of dishes and plates onto the mesh belt, eliminating the need for specific racking and increasing loading flexibility.
High Capacity: Capable of washing 1000 - 2000 pieces per hour, significantly improving kitchen efficiency.
High-Pressure Cleaning: Equipped with a powerful main wash pump (1.5KW) and upper/lower spray arms to ensure 360° coverage and thorough removal of grease and food residue.
Sanitary Rinse: Features a dedicated rinse heating element (27KW) to ensure high-temperature sanitizing rinsing for hygienic results.
Operating Principle
The LP1 operates on a continuous conveyor system designed for stability and thoroughness:
Loading: Operators place dirty tableware (plates, bowls, etc.) directly onto the flat belt. The flat design ensures that even deep bowls or wide plates sit securely without tipping.
Washing Zone: As the belt moves into the washing chamber, the Main Wash Pump (1.5KW) draws water from the tank and forces it through the upper and lower spray arms. This creates a high-pressure shower that scrubs the top and bottom of the tableware simultaneously.
Rinsing & Sanitizing: The tableware then enters the rinse zone. Fresh water is heated by the 27KW Rinse Heater and sprayed at high temperature (typically 80°C+). This step removes detergent residue and kills bacteria.
Drying/Unloading: The clean, hot tableware exits the machine, where residual heat aids in quick drying.
